This grand ceremonial sword and sheath or scabbard is nickel with bronze and leather mounts, dating from the 1890's. Engraved "The Henderson Ames Co., Kalamazoo, Mich," the blade is also stamped "Germany." This imposing sword was said to have been used in Odd Fellow Lodge ceremonies and parades.
There is wear to the handle and scabbard of this antique, see photos. The sheath has two hanging loops.
Measurements are 4" x 5" and just over 38" long.
