An exquisite crucifix or cross from around 1900 is nickel with inlaid "micromosaic" of hundreds of tiny pieces of marble. This work of art depicts sites in the Roman Forum.

The finely detailed sculpture of Jesus is bronze. Below is the mosaic inscription, "Roma," Italian for Rome, the Eternal City.

Measurements are just over 7" x 3 3/4."
