Carved of walnut burl with brass and bone mounts about 1890, this Victorian period jewelry treasure chest or keepsake box has a blue painted and silk cloth lining.

The original finish is in very fine condition, and the lock and key are working.

Size is 10" wide by 7" deep and 4" tall.
