Victorian Eastlake Antique Walnut Bedroom Set, Queen Bed, Marble Chest #35936

A late Victorian or Eastlake period bedroom set from about 1880 includes a marble top chest with mirror and a queen size bed. Hand carved of solid walnut with matched burl panels, the dresser has a beveled mirror and Tennessee Red marble top.

The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture. Finely carved detailing is amazing.

Expertly adapted to queen size, the bed includes wooden cross supports as shown. Measurements are 88" long, 68" wide, the headboard is 74" tall and the footboard is 33" high. The demonstrator mattress and spring unit in photos are 18" thick together and 6" above the floor.

The chest has a Tennessee Red marble top, polished and sealed for protection. Drawers have original pulls and round "pin and cove" dovetail joints. Dimensions are 49 1/2" wide, 21" deep and 78 1/2" tall.
