Shipper: STORE PICK UP
A solid oak architect's drafting table from about 1920's could function for an artist, as a kitchen counter island or wine and cheese tasting table. This desk was used standing or with a tall stool.
Made for a trade school, there are four drawers for drawing supplies and four compartments for drawings. Graffiti in the drawers dates from the early 1930's, see photos.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving just enough mars and dings for a little antique character. Drawers have dovetail joints and original carved oak pulls on this American made antique furniture. Rock solid, there is an iron footrest.
Measurements are 42" wide, 29 1/2" deep and 40" tall.
