A Craftsman period stacking lawyer's or barrister bookcase from the very early 1900's is quarter sawn oak with three hand leaded wavy pane glass doors. There is a drawer at the base with a nonfunctioning lock.
The restored deep finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique library or office furniture. Patinated hardware is original.
Books fit up to 10 1/2" deep and 11 1/2" tall on the first two shelves, and 10 1/2" deep and 12 1/2" tall on the bottom shelf.
Overall size is 34 1/2" wide, 13 1/2" deep, and 49 1/2" tall.
