Victorian Antique English Oak & Adjustable Dessert or Office Book Shelf #36942

This fascinating Victorian adjustable shelf unit was said to be from a London pastry shop, and could also be am office or library bookshelf. Solid oak with iron mounts, five shelves have gallery sides and backs.

The older restored finish is in very fine condition with subtle "distressing" on this antique English furniture. Rugged and strong, the shelves fan out smoothly.

Size when upright is 36" wide, 24" deep and 59" tall, when fully opened, depth is 43."
