This Victorian period solid cherry corner cabinet from about 1850 has a Gothic grillwork door with individual panes of original wavy glass. There are a couple of cracks at the corners, see photos.
The old finish is very well preserved with glowing warm patina. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain the soft luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.
The painted interior has grooves on the shelves for plates. Doors have working locks, and the upper section is a separate piece for easier delivery. Lower doors have reverse raised panels. There are square cut nails on this American made antique farmhouse furniture.
Dimensions are 32" on each side from the back corner to the front tip of the crown, 82 1/2" tall and 45" across the front tip to tip.
