Musical Manuscripts Antique 1600's Hand Painted on Vellum, Framed 18" #37673

Two musical manuscripts from the 1600's were hand painted in two colors by monks on genuine vellum skins. The pages have been matted and custom framed with glass on both sides to view the pages.

Early notation is accompanied with Latin words.

Overall size is 18" x 14" and 1" deep.
