Village in Flanders Original Antique Oil Painting, John Henry Martyn 36" #37884

A village in Flanders is an original oil painting on canvas from around 1900. The signature is "John Henry Martyn," who was born in London in 1835. After a teenage career as a sailor, he gained fame for his seascapes and coastal landscapes. He died in Cornwall in 1908.

The modern custom frame is in excellent condition on this lovely work of art.

Overall size is 35" x 26" and 2" deep.
