Light of the World Baby Jesus Antique Print Bosseron Chambers 13 1/2" #38331

A print of C. Bosseron Chambers' "The Light of the World" was produced by the Edward Gross Company in New York and dates from about 1920. The print is a detail of the original painting "Saint Joseph with the Child Jesus" at the Saint Ignatius Church in Chicago. Chambers was a successful illustrator and painter of religious images that were widely distributed between 1920 and 1950.

The original soft dark gold finish has very little wear on the original frame of this American antique print.

Size is 10 1/2" wide, 13 1/2" tall and 1" deep.
