Italian Walnut Renaissance Victorian Chest, Dresser, Marble Top, Mirror #38409

This Italian Renaissance style chest or dresser from about 1890 was hand carved of solid walnut with burl panels. There is a marble top and a mirror flanked with candle stands. The upper section has warps from age, see photos.

The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving warm antique patina. Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints on this antique furniture. The marble has been polished and given a protective finish.

There is minor warping on the mirror frame, though the beveled mirror itself displays and reflects clearly and is not impacted by warping. There is a stain on the marble top and a repair to the gallery, see photos.

Overall size is 51" wide, 23" deep and 90" tall.
