A "Victor Talking Machine" or Victrola wind up phonograph model VV-XI from about 1915 has a carved solid mahogany case. The wind up motor plays standard old 78 rpm records very well.
The original glowing finish is in remarkably fine condition with a little "crazing" from age, see photos. This antique record player was American made in New Jersey.
Inside the lid is the original Nipper dog logo with "His Master's Voice." There are speed and on/off controls. Volume control is soft - both doors closed, medium - one door open, and loud - both doors open. A group of old records are included as shown.
Size is 20" wide excluding the removable crank, 23" deep and 45" tall.
