Norwegian Vintage Folk Art Keepsake Jewelry Box, Signed #45262

A beautiful "bentwood" box is an traditional Norwegian storage or jewelry box with a horse head design that goes back to the Viking era.

• Signed & dated "Dick ??, 1986"
• Made of various hardwoods including cherry with hand carved detailing
• Lid is removed by gently pulling the horse head side posts apart
• In very fine condition with minor wear

Size is 12.5" wide and 6" tall.
