Tête à Tête Vintage Ballroom Double Chair, Leather #47469

A "Tete-a-Tete," French for "head to head," is an "S" shaped double seat for two people to talk privately while observing the action in all directions and were often seen in ballrooms.

• Victorian design with carved paw feet
• Carved of solid mahogany, frame is strong and sturdy
• Original varnish with ebonized accents has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish
• Minor mars & antique distressing for character
• Original leather seats with wear as shown, woven cane and newly upholstered arms

Size is 55" wide, 26" deep, and 29.5" tall with seats 22.5" deep and 18.5" high.
