Teak Vintage Chinese Dining Set Table & 8 Chairs, Meng Co #48092

A beautiful dining room set includes a table with a "sunburst" top, three leaves and eight chairs.

• Vintage custom Chinese designer furniture signed & dated "George Meng & Co., Taiwan 1973"
• Solid teak with carved detailing
• Top surface of table has been refinished for durability. The rest of the original varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish.
• Original varnish on chairs has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish
• Minor dings, mars, & shrinkage separations - see photos
• Original upholstery in very fine condition
• Three matching 20" skirted leaves
• Inscription on leaves translates to "ten"

Table size is 72" long when closed, 44" wide and 30.5" tall with legroom 25.5" high. With all 3 leaves in place, length is 132" overall.

Armchair size is 21" wide, 22" deep, and 38.5" tall. Seats are 18" deep, and 18.5" high, and arms are 26" high.

Side chair size is 18.5" wide, 20.5" deep, and 38.5" tall with seats 17" deep and 18.5" high.
