Oak Carved Country French Queen Size Bed

Gracefully hand carved of solid oak about 1900, a Country French queen size bed has sophisticated yet relaxed "country house" lines. The original finish is superb in a medium brown, and the curved and raised panels are exceptional on this antique furniture.

Modern steel side rails fit a standard queen size mattress and spring as shown. Also included are the original oak side rails, which accommodate a standard full or double mattress length, but are narrower than standard full width.

Measurements as shown are 5'3" wide and 88" long, the headboard is 4'9" tall and the footboard is 37" tall.
