New England 1825 Cherry & Mahogany Chest or Dresser

An historic New England antique from about 1825, this cherry and mahogany tall chest or dresser has ample storage. Entirely hand-made, the drawers have beautiful hand cut dovetails and chamfered bottoms.

Solid cherry with mahogany drawer fronts, the large drawer has banding and matched flame grain. Simple and well proportioned, this is very well made antique furniture. The finish is excellent. and size is 47" wide, 20" deep and 50 1/2" tall.
