Victorian Dental, Jewelry or Collector's Cabinet

This is the finest Victorian dentist's cabinet we have ever seen - wonderful for jewelery or a collector. Solid mahogany with 16 drawers and original cast bronze mounts and hardware, this American antique furniture dates from about 1890.

The rich deep finish is superlative and craftsmanship is superior. Design is ingenious - when the upper door with a beveled mirror is unlocked and opened, it releases the center spinning door, on the back are holes that would fit earrings. It also releases the six swivel drawers to the left.

Below is a pull-out shelf with leather insert, underneath are four drawers that swivel out. There is a raised panel door at the bottom. Size is 26" wide, 17" deep and 5' tall.
