Victorian Eastlake Chest, Commode or Nightstand

Dating from the late Victorian or Eastlake period about 1880, this solid quarter-sawn oak small chest or commode could serve as an end table or bedside table.

The deep brown finish is excellent, drawers have round or pin-and-cove dovetails and original brass hardware. In the door is a raised panel. Size of this American antique furniture is 35" wide, 17" deep and 26 1/2" tall.
