Ruggedly crafted of solid quarter-sawn oak about 1920, this set of 10 dining chairs has been newly upholstered. The deep brown finish is excellent, these strong chairs are tight and completely solid, ready for another generation's use.
These chairs have been expertly re-glued for strength and durability, the joints are tight and solid. Chairs are the hardest used of all furniture, they need more gluing, tightening and restoration than another household furnishing.
Our skilled woodworkers have checked for problems, disassembled, removed old glue, applied fresh glue and clamped these chairs to give them another generation of service. The price of our chairs includes restoration, and they are ready to use - durable and usable for modern lifestyles.
Lower rungs add strength, size is 18" wide, 18" deep, 40" tall and the seat height is 20" from the floor.
