Chicago Apparatus Milvay Balance Scale

Cast iron and aluminum, this balance scale is signed, "Milvay by Chicago Apparatus Co." There are leveling screws and a swing out tray. Used with a set of weights, not included, this American antique dates from the early 1900's, there is a sliding weight at the top.

Measurements of this nostalgic scale, probably used in a pharmacy or laboratory, are 19" wide and 17" tall. Sets of weights are priced separately, call or email for availability.
