Antique 1920 Down Sofa & Chair Set, Original
A matched overstuffed sofa and chair set dates from about 1920, and has comfortable down filled cushions and arms.
Carved solid mahogany frames are sturdy and have their original finish with relatively little wear, springs are soft but supportive.
This is antique furniture owned by a single family - the fabric was special ordered from Germany, and now shows wear, fading and spots.
The sofa is 6'8" long, 35" deep and 34" tall. The chair is 34" wide and 35" deep. The seat heights are about 17" from the floor.
