Art Deco 1930's Silk Settee, Knole or Loveseat Lounge

All original from the 1930's, this settee or loveseat has adjustable drop sides that make this versatile furniture into a lounge settee.

Traditionally called a "Knole," the sides rest on piano hinges, the silk ropes can be wrapped around the brass finials to support the sides at any angle.

The original silk upholstery has wear and damage, see photos. Size of this Art Deco antique from Spain is 34" tall, 34" deep, cushions are 18" high and length with arms raised is 56" long, with both arms completely down, length is 96" total.
