Art Deco 1940 Original Mohair Upholstered Sofa Set with Chair

A genuine Art Deco period sofa set from about 1940 is all original. The silky soft authentic natural mohair upholstery is remarkably well preserved. The sofa has just a few spots and a little wear here and there, see photos and the chair has few spots and noticeable wear especially on the arms, see photos.

Carved of birch hardwood, the strong and durable frame has a deep finish in very fine condition. Springs are still firm and very supportive, the relaxed angle is comfortable. The back side was never upholstered.

Crafted in Denmark, this sleek and serene sofa measures 72" long, 33" deep, 33" tall and the seat is 17" high.

The chair measures 31" wide, 36" deep, 33" tall and the seat is 17" high.
