Baroque Carved King or Queen Size Cherry Headboard, Hand Painted & Signed

This grand Baroque style headboard is shown with a queen size demonstrator hollywood frame and mattress. It is wide enough to fit a king size frame as well. Signature stamps read "Made in USA, Solid Hardwood from the USA, Montalbano Majestic."

Carved of cherry with hand painting and dark gold accents, this vintage furniture dates from 1989. We have been told that the artist, Werner Baeckelandt, is still painting at the age of 82. The renewed finish preserves "distressing" to look antique.

Measurements are 70" wide, 54" tall and 3" deep.
