Bernhardt King Size Mahogany Vintage Poster Bed

Signed by high end maker, "Bernhardt," a carved four poster bed from about 15 years ago fits a king size mattress.

Mahogany with a stunning matched flame or "cathedral" grain headboard and deeply fluted and acanthus carved posts, the finish is in excellent condition on this American made vintage furniture.

The original brochure is attached. Two upholstered pallets or "bunky boards" are included to support a standard modern king size mattress as shown, instead of using an innerspring unit.

Brass bed bolt covers are original. Flame shaped finials on the posts lift off, and a removable canopy frame is included to use if desired.

Measurements of this imposing bed are 82" wide, 90" long and 7' 4" tall.
