An authentic "Blue Delft" tile is architectural salvage from an 1850 era fireplace in Holland. The hand painted design depicts a cavalier with a sword on this this Dutch antique.
The glaze has crackling, there are minor flakes and there is a repair across the tile, see photos. Size of this work of art is 5 1/4" square and 1/2" thick. This is No. 6 of 14.
