Brass Paperclip with Fruit, Wheat, Barrel & Tools, Signed 1845
Cast and embossed in solid brass, this elaborate paper clip has grapes, wheat, a barrel, hammer and banners.
An engraved signature reads, "Reg. Oct 15, 1843, No. 556, Sousex Son." The inscription on a package reads "DBW." There is a hole to hang the clip and the spring still works on this picturesque antique.
Size is 6" x 3" and 2" deep.
