A stoneware butter churn was signed by the most famous maker in Milwaukee, "Charles Hermann." A Swiss immigrant, he produced pieces from 1848-1884.
There are chips as shown on this Wisconsin antique, and there would have been a wood plunger and cover, now lost.
Size is 11" diameter and 19" tall.
Shipping will be relatively expensive for this heavy piece, we recommend store pick up or adding to an additional order.
