Carved 1860's Chicago Architectural Salvage Panel
Hand carved of solid walnut in the 1860's for a Chicago home, this deeply sculpted architectural salvage panel may have been mounted over a fireplace or doorway.
The original finish is remarkably well preserved with warm antique patina and some crazing or crackling to show its age.
Measurements of this historic panel are 62" wide, 7" deep and 20" tall.
