Carved Oak Original Antique 1930 Armchair

This chair is very comfortable and has a carved solid oak frame. Dating from the 1930's, original cut velvet upholstery in very good condition. There is a small faded spot on the seat, see photo. There is a little wear at the back corners, otherwise the soft fabric is remarkably fine.

The rugged solid oak frame has a superb original finish, springs are firm and the seating angle and padding are relaxed but supportive. Hand-crafted in Scandinavia, brass nail heads are also original.

Size of this distinctive antique furniture is 32" wide, 34" deep, 33" tall and the seat is 15" high.
