Carved Walnut Oval Stool, Inlaid Banding, New Upholstery #29411
A marvelous oval bench is walnut with inlaid banding. This American made antique furniture dates from about 1920. There is no maker's signature on this piece but one of the matching pieces was signed, "Peck & Hills, NY & LA."
The restored gleaming finish is in excellent condition, preserving worn hand painted original green accents, see photos. Newly upholstered, the frame is tight and sturdy, reglued to serve another generation.
Size is 22" long, 16" wide and 20" tall.
