Chinese Ash Small Chest or End Table, Brass Fish Padlock #29728

This Chinese small chest or end table was hand crafted of solid ash hardwood about 75 years ago, and has original engraved brass hardware. The solid brass "fish" shape padlock is also engraved.

The original finish has been waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain the warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. The top and sides have hand cut dovetail joints. Inside are tiny drawers.

Size is 22" wide, 12" deep and 25" tall.
