Country French Antique 1900 Oak Queen Size Bed

Beautifully crafted of solid fine grained oak about 1910, this genuine Country French bed has been adapted to fit a standard modern queen size mattress as shown with steel rails.

The original satiny finish is very well preserved on this beautiful antique furniture from France. Newly waxed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its luster and patina.

Original carved oak side rails are included, if used, they would require a custom mattress.

We also include modern steel rails and wooden slats to fit a queen size mattress as in photos.

Size is 59" wide, 80" long, the headboard is 54" tall and the footboard is 40" high.
