Country Pine 1820 Antique New England Chest or Dresser, Sandwich Glass Pulls

Hand made in New England about 1820, this classic country pine chest or dresser has original "Sandwich Glass" opal glass pulls from Sandwich, Massachusetts.

The finish is in excellent condition, preserving just enough mars and stains for antique character. Sides and top are cut from single wide planks.

Graduated drawers and the feet have hand cut dovetail joints. Square cut nails are visible There are chips to some of the knobs, there are shrinkage separations from age and feet have old restorations, see photos.

Dimensions are 42 1/2" wide, 21" deep and 42" tall.
