A 1930's drafting table is adjustable in every direction, and could function as an artist's drawing table, kitchen island or wine and cheese serving table as well.
The pine top has hundreds of tiny pin holes from attaching drawings, which have been filled and finished over. The maple hardwood base is sturdy and has been revarnished for durability as well. A worn signature decal reads, "Anchor Built, Glensdale, NY." Cast iron mounts and knobs adjust height and tilt of the top. There are minor warps from age, see photos.
Measurements of the desk top are 42" x 31," when adjusted to flat position, height adjusts from 29" to 39" tall.
