English Tudor Carved Oak 1920 Antique Secretary Desk, Signed Rockford

A richly carved English Tudor style secretary desk from about 1920 is signed by noted maker, "Rockford" of Illinois.

The restored deep finish is in excellent condition with just enough patina to show age on this American made antique furniture.

Inside are richly detailed cubicles and tiny drawers for papers. Lower drawers have solid oak dovetail sides. Hardware is original, the key acts only as a handle and does not lock.

Size is 34" wide, 17" deep and 41" tall. When open, the writing surface is 28 1/2" form the floor and the overall depth is 29"
