French Pearl Opera Glasses, 1900 Marine & Theatre J-O749

These large opera glasses from around 1900 are really more of a field glass size, with settings for "Theatre, Marine (yacht races), or Compagne" or countryside, perhaps horse races.

The genuine Mother of Pearl case is in beautiful condition, there is a little wear to the gold plated brass mechanism on this antique.

Made in France, size closed is about 4" x 5," outer lens diameter is 2."
