Gateleg 1870 English Antique Sofa or Breakfast Dining Table

An 1870 dropleaf gateleg table from England has many uses as a breakfast, dining, buffet or sofa table.

Solid walnut with intricate matched burl, the finish is in excellent condition. There are warps to the top for antique character, see photos.

When either drop leaf is raised, a "gateleg" swings out for strong support.

Measurements of this multi-purpose furniture are 34" long, 12" deep and 28 1/2" tall when closed, with both leaves raised, the top is 45" x 34."
