George I Style Chair, Hand Painted, New Upholstery, Down Cushion #30551

A charming George I style chair has scrolled arms and original hand painting, and dates from about 1915. Springs are comfortable and the genuine goose down cushion is soft with a zipper for easy cleaning. Upholstery with elegant European fabric is new.

The maple and satinwood frame has an excellent restored finish, preserving a few mars and restorations for antique character, see photos. American made, the frame has been reglued to serve another generation.

Size is 35" wide, 26" deep, 34" tall and the seat is 21" high.
