Georgian Style Vintage Mahogany & Burl Library Desk, England #29325

A Georgian style library writing desk from about 50 years ago is hand carved mahogany with matched burl and banding. Expertly crafted in England, there are classic claw and ball feet.

The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving some irregularities and touchups in the burl and herringbone banding for a little character.

Drawers have solid mahogany sides with hand cut dovetail joints. There are false drawers on the front, original pulls are solid brass on this vintage furniture.

Size is 5' long, 36" deep, 31" tall and legroom is about 24" underneath.
