House on Pond & Boat Painting, 1900 Oil on Canvas
An original oil painting on canvas from about 1900 depicts a pond scene with a house and boat. The genuine gold leaf frame is in very fine condition with minor wear.
This work of art does have a repair, visible from the back side, see photo. The subtle colors and brushwork are beautiful. The third to the last photo is shot back-lit to show the slight wear to the canvas sometimes called "pinholes".
A signature is indecipherable, overall size is 35" wide, 25" tall and 4" deep.
