Machinist Oak 1920's Tool Chest, Collector or Jewelry Box, Signed Gerstner

This 1920's machinist's tool chest could also be a collector or jewelry box. It is signed by maker H. Gerstner

Solid oak with an original finish, this American made antique has been waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain its patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.

There are eleven drawers of various sizes with an oil scent that could be reduced by removing the original green felt interiors. A worn leather carrying handle and nickel corner protectors and mounts are original.

There is no key for the lock, overall size is 26" wide, 10" deep and 16" tall.
