Marble Top Chest or Dresser, Beveled Mirror

This lovely antique chest or dresser has a black marble top with a shaped and beveled mirror. Dating from about 1910, the front and sides are gracefully curved with inlaid walnut, rosewood and tulipwood, the finish is excellent. Drawers are hand dovetailed with original cast bronze pulls.

The plate glass mirror has a little "smoke" to show its age. There is beautiful graining in the marble, also in excellent condition.

Large and boldly scaled, size of this antique furniture is 53" wide, 21" deep, 80" tall, the marble top is 38" high.
