Mountain Climber Carved Sculpture Lamp, Stained Glass Shade, Germany

A hand carved wood sculpture of a mountain climber hangs on a rope and carries a stained glass lantern in this 1940's light fixture from Germany. The figure wears traditional Alpine garb in this charming lamp made for a Rathskeller.

Rewired for US current, the hand leaded stained glass lamp shade is signed "Hamburg." This vintage light hangs on an "S" hook, there is a switch on the cord.

Dimensions are 14" across, 10" deep and 33" to the top of the rope loop.
