Oak 1900 Antique Leaded Glass Lawyer or Barrister Single Bookcase
Usable on the floor or countertop, this oak lawyer's or barrister's bookcase has a leaded glass door and drawer below.
Signed "High Grade" and "Patented Jan. 4, 1904," this modular furniture comprises three stacking sections. The original finish is very well preserved and has been waxed and polished, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its warm patina.
Books up to 7 1/2" wide and 11" tall fit behind the spring loaded drop front door. Size of this useful American made antique is 34 1/2" wide, 11" deep and 24" tall.
