Oak Antique Cylinder or Barrel Roll Top Desk
An authentic oak cylinder or barrel rolltop desk dates from about 1890. The deep lustrous finish is excellent on quarter sawn fine grain oak.
The roll top glides open smoothly, inside are tiny cubicles and the writing surface pulls out. Hardware is embossed solid brass.
There is a working lock on the lower door of this very functional American made antique.
Size is 42" wide, 22" deep, 42" tall and the writing surface is 28 1/2" high.
