Pair of Cannon Ball 1840's Antique Twin Poster Beds

A pair of 1840's "rope" beds were expertly adapted to fit standard modern twin mattress and spring units as shown.

Solid birch hardwood, the finish is in extremely fine condition. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain their warm glow is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.

Wood slats for under the bedding are included with this American made antique pair.

Measurements are 42" wide and 82" long. Both the headboard and footboard are 36" tall. The mattress and box set used for the photos is 15" tall. A "bunky board" could be made to replace your box spring and show off more of the headboard. Call or email for more information.
