Queen Size 3 Pc Carved Mahogany 1901 Bedroom Set

A monumental 3 piece queen size bedroom seat was carved of solid mahogany and dated 1901 on the back of the mirror. There is a bed adapted to a standard modern queen size mattress as shown, chest or dresser with original beveled mirror and bedside table or small chest.

The gleaming finish is excellent, enhancing the high relief carving and raised panels. Cast bronze hardware is original, drawers are dovetailed. Created to a baronial scale, this is imposing and well proportioned American made antique furniture.

Size of the grand bed is 67" wide, 85" long, the headboard is 82" tall and the footboard is 32" high. Thickness of the mattress and spring unit in photos is 17" total.

The dresser is 66" wide, 25" deep and 85" tall, the base is 24" high.

Bedside chest size is 44" wide, 20" deep and 30" tall.
